Torpoint currently have
3 projects awaiting commencement, with one
maintenance project for the Salvation Army in Halifax as mentioned above,
Medical Centre Extension @ Sunny Bank Medical Centre in Wyke and A New
Rural Crafts Centre for Pennine Camp Hill Community College in Wakefield.
Also along with the Rural Craft centre there is possible funding for
extensions & modifications
to the existing Administration block, new
external works for paving and lighting, and a new Equestrian centre.
Also following on from the 14 flats built in Headingly for Oasis properties,
we have another opportunity to work with them with a contract for 7
new flats in Leeds.
