Following a competitive tender, Torpoint start work on the £350k refurbishment of a 100 seat lecture centre at Birkenshaw Fire Station.

With phase 1 of the Bingley Flower Fund undertaken in January 2007 now complete, Torpoint are awarded phase 2 of the project which involves working again with Langtry Langton Architects to build a further 8 flats at a cost of £564k.
