Background
The City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council required an extension and major alterations to the existing pool facility in order to modernise and expand the facility and attract the local community.
Description of Works:
• Demolition of the existing structure
• Remodelling of the existing changing rooms
• The addition of a new unisex changing village
• To include shared changing facilities, toilets, state of the
• art magnetic lockers and anti-tamper
• showers set at different heights to accommodate all users
• New improved disabled access lift facilities
• New meeting rooms which are for hire
• New reception area
• New boilers and a complete filtration system
