Torpoint win the competitive tender issued by Accent Community Partnership to work with Mr Phil Holroyd of the MNB Partnership on a design and build project to build Offices and Workshops at Barkerend Training Centre, costing £1.9M. Aimed at providing workspace for small businesses the terms and conditions of the contract include the requirement to employ trainees from the existing training centre on the build project.
